Etymologie
Von triplos (= dreimal); physa (= Blase, bezieht sich vermutlich auf die Schwimmblase, die aus drei Teilen besteht, einem "knochig verkapselten Divertikel" und "zwei längliche Blasen" (Übersetzungen). (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
