Etymologie
Benannt zu Ehren von John Harrington (1865-1927), britischer Abenteurer und Diplomat, der 1903 eine Expedition in die Grenzregion zwischen Äthiopien und dem Sudan (Weißer Nil) unternahm, wo der Holotypus gesammelt wurde.
