Etymologie
Emblema (= Banner), bezieht sich vermutlich auf die eine einzelne hohe Rückenflosse von Emblemaria nivipes, die im Nacken beginnt und sich bis zur Schwanzflosse erstreckt (aber nicht mit dieser zusammenfließt). (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
