Nordamerika: Einzugsgebiete der Großen Seen, der Hudson Bay und des Mississippi von New York in den USA und Ontario in Kanada bis Minnesota und südlich bis Alabama, Arkansas und Louisiana in den USA; vom Mohawk-Hudson River bis zum Altamaha River in den USA; vom Pascagoula River bis zum Comite River in den USA.
