Colorado River (Sonora), Pazifikküste von Mexiko bis Costa Rica.

Status: Stand 5.02.2018: LC Least Concern (nicht gefährdet)
Grund für die Gefährdungseinstufung: Für diese Art sind keine größeren Gefahren bekannt. Sie ist jedoch in einigen Gebieten in kleinen kommerziellen Fischereien wichtig. Sie wird wahrscheinlich auch lokal begrenzt von den umfangreichen Störungen der Mündungsgebiete innerhalb seines Verbreitungsgebietes betroffen sein.
