Typusfundort: Gebirgsbach, Putao-Ebenen (früher Hkamti Long), oberes Myanmar.
Etymologie
Benannt zu Ehren des Geologen Murray Stuart, Geological Survey of India, der das Typusexemplar gesammelt hat. (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
Verbreitung
Oberes Irrawaddy-Flussbecken, Myanmar.

Status: Stand 18.01.2018: DD Data Deficient (ungenügende Datengrundlage)
Grund für die Gefährdungseinstufung: Die Gefahren für diese Art sind unbekannt, da es wenig Informationen über die Biologie dieser Art gibt und daher die Auswirkungen potenzieller Bedrohungen (insbesondere solcher anthropogener Natur) unbekannt bleiben. Die derzeitigen Bedrohungen für die aquatische Biodiversität in all ihren bekannten Verbreitungsgebieten wurden ebenfalls nicht ausreichend identifiziert.
