Etymologie

Pseudo (= falsch) und Raja: Die Autoren glaubten, das Fehlen einer Rückenflosse und die gut entwickelte Schwanzflosse von Pseudoraja fischeri seien ausreichend, um seine Platzierung in Rajidae zu verbieten. (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
