Etymologie
Emarginatus (= gekerbt), vermutlich bezogen auf ausgefranste Schwanzflosse vom getrockneten und montierten Typusexemplar (bei der die Lappen einer sonst tief gegabelten Schwanzflosse abgebrochen sein kann). (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
