Typusfundort: Feld des Kairei Schlots, Zentralindischer-Tiefseekamm, 25°19'S, 70°02'E (Karte), 2419 m Tiefe.
Etymologie
Die Art ist nach Ângelo Miguel de Oliveira Mendonca, dem Ehemann des dritten Autors, benannt.
Verbreitung
Indischer Ozean: bekannt von den Schlotfeldern Edmond, Kairei und einem neuen Schlotfeld im Zentralindischen-Tiefseekamm, sowie von zwei neuen Schlotfeldern im Südostindischen Tiefseekamm.
