Etymologie
Etymologie nicht geklärt, bezieht sich aber mit ziemlicher Sicherheit auf das Fürstentum Monaco, wo die Forschungsexpedition, die Monacoa grimaldii sammelte, ihren Ursprung hatte. (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
