Holotypus: MUSM 20294.
Typusfundort: Peru, Bezirk Loreto, caño Lata, Río Orosa-Einzugsgebiet, einem Amazonas-Nebenfluss, ungefähr 1 km flussaufwärts vom Dorf Tacshacuraray, etwa 03°50'S, 72°30'W.
Etymologie
Benannt zu Ehren von David M. Schleser, der diese Art als erster aufsammelte.
Verbreitung
Amazonas-Becken, Peru.
