Rotes Meer; Indo-West-Pazifik: Ostafrika, Persischer Golf und Madagaskar östlich bis zu den Marshall und nördlichen Line Islands und Henderson Island (Pitcairn-Gruppe), nördlich bis zu den Ryukyu Inseln (südliches Japan), südlich bis Westaustralien, Queensland (Australien), Neukaledonien und Tonga.
