Holotypus: MHK 30866; Teil und Fragment des Gegenstückes mit relativ gut erhaltenen Knochen des Kopfes und des vorderen Bereichs des Rumpfes.
Typusfundort und Schicht: Rybnice “Hoňkův creek”, 50°36’59.47 N, 15°23’08.80 E, (Karte), Semily district, Krkonoše Piedmont Basin, Czech Republic. Rudník Mitglied, Vrchlabí Formation, Asselian, früher Perm.
Etymologie
Der Artname bohemicus wurde nach dem Fundort der Art, Böhmen in Tschechien, gewählt.
