Typusfundort: Sumpfgebiet an einem Pfad von Pisa zur Straße Mbaiki-Mongoumba, Zentralafrikanische Republik.
Etymologie
Aus dem Griechischen mesos, halb, und gramma, Linien, sich auf die Lebendfärbung bei beiden Geschlechtern beziehend, unvollständige, schwarze Streifen in der unteren Körperhälfte.
Verbreitung
Oubangui-Becken, Zentralafrikanische Republik.
