Typusfundort: Sulaibikhat Bay, Kuwait.
Etymologie
Vadosus (lat. vadum = flach), bezieht sich auf Untiefen oder flaches Wasser, da die Gezeitenzone der einzige Lebensraum ist aus dem die Art bekannt ist (Weichbodenhabitate in der Bucht von Kuwait).
Verbreitung
Persicher Golf: bisher nur von der Typuslokalität vor Kuwait bekannt.
