Etymologie
Fugax (= schwer fassbar), weil die Art ihre Entdeckung, trotz intensiver Sammlungsbemühungen im Roten Meer und im Indischen Ozean, lange vermieden hat.
Verbreitung
Indischer Ozean: Rotes Meer, Myanmar und Westaustralien.
