Typusfundort und -schicht: Nob-1, Nobori, Kochi Prefecture, Shikoku, obere Nobori FM, Piacenzium, planktonische Foraminiferenzone N21.
Etymologie
Benannt nach der Typusschicht Nobori FM, aus der die meisten Exemplare dieser Art gewonnen wurden.
