Etymologie
Von pyrrhos (= flammenfarbiges Feuer); -ina (ein Diminutiv), vermutlich bezieht sich der Name auf die "gleichmäßig rote Färbung" (Übersetzung) und kleine Größe (6,35 cm) von Pyrrhulina filamentosa. (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
