Etymologie
Basierend auf den Pelasgern, einer Gruppe von Menschen, die vor der Ankunft der indoeuropäischen und proto-griechisch sprechenden Invasoren im 2. Jahrtausend v. Chr. die Gebiete um das Ägäische Meer bewohnten, und die sich auf die Verbreitung auf der Balkanhalbinsel beziehen.
