Typusfundort: Andamanensee, südlich von Myanmar, 13°03.21'N, 96°41.62'E (Karte), 125-129 m Tiefe.
Etymologie
Abgeleitet vom lateinischen caudo für die Schwanzflosse und pellucida für klar, in Bezug auf das Fehlen von markanten Markierungen in der Mitte der Schwanzflosse.
Verbreitung
Nur von zwei Exemplaren bekannt, die in der Andamanensee, südlich Myanmar gesammelt wurden, 13°03.21'N, 96°41.62'E, auf Weichboden in 125-129 m Tiefe.
