Verbreitung
Nordamerika: Einzugsgebiete des Atlantiks und der Golfküste von New Hampshire bis zum Nueces River in Texas, USA; Einzugsgebiete des Sankt-Lorenz-Stroms, der Hudson Bay (Red River) und des Mississippi von Quebec bis Saskatchewan in Kanada und südlich des Golfs von Mexiko in den USA.
