Südamerika: Orinoco- und Rio Negro-Becken (Oberlauf des Rio Negro, Rio Casiquiare, Oberlauf des Rio Orinoco und Zuflüsse: Rio Iguapo, Rio Cunucunuma, Rio Carapo, Oberlauf des Rio Paragua, Rio Cinaruco, Unterlauf des Rio Caura).
