Westatlantik: Massachusetts (USA) südlich bis Brasilien, einschließlich des Golfs von Mexiko und der Karibik; südlicher Mittelatlantik: St. Helena und Ascension-Inseln; Ostatlantik: Azoren; Kanarische Inseln; São Tomé und Principe.
