Verbreitung

Pazifik: weit verbreitet in subarktischen bis subtropischen Gewässern, hauptsächlich westlich von 143° W und nördlich von 15° N. Am häufigsten im Nordwestpazifik zwischen den südlichen Kurilen und Taiwan. Südchinesisches Meer und Ostchinesisches Meer.
