Etymologie

Verbreitung
Südwestpazifik: Nord-Neuseeland und vorgelagerte Inseln der Tasmanischen See (Norfolk- und Lord Howe-Inseln, Middleton- und Elizabeth-Riffe, New South Wales, Australien; nicht aus den Küstengewässern des australischen Festlandes erfasst?).
