Typusfundort: Charvinto Creek in der Nähe des Thermalteiches Baños San Andrés, ca. 6 km östlich des Dorfes Lirima, in einem Zufluss zum Chancacolla River, Region Tarapacá, nördliches Chile. 19˚51'13.08"S, 68˚54'27.52"W [ (Karte)] in 4.000 m ü.M.
Etymologie
Das spezifische Epithet lirimensis bezieht sich auf den Namen des kleinen Dorfes Lirima, im Norden Chiles, das vom Charvinto Creek bewässert wird.
Verbreitung
Chile: Provinz Tamarugal: Region Tarapacá: im Einzug des Chancacolla River.
