Holotypus: CAS-SU 6165.
Paratypen: BMNH 1900.9.29.108-117 (10); CUMV [ex CAS-SU 6190]; CAS-SU 6190 (jetzt 2, orig. 11).
Typusfundort: Río Tamesoe nahe Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexiko.
Etymologie
Benannt zu Ehren von José Yves de Limantour (1854-1935), "dem fähigen Minister der 'Hacienda' für Mexiko" (d. h. des Finanzministeriums), für "durch seine Höflichkeit erhaltene Gunstbezeugungen". (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
