Holotypus: HUMZ 62836.
Paratypen: BPBM 26362 (1); NSMT-P 18641 (1).
Typusfundort: Naha Fischmarkt, Okinawa Island, Ryukyu Inseln, Japan.

Verbreitung
Westlicher Nord-Pazifik: Nur von zwei weit voneinander entfernten Orten bekannt: Okinawa, Japan und die Chesterfield Inseln von Neukaledonien. Tiefenbereich 270-355 m.
