Etymologie
Benannt nach den Ryukyu Inseln, vor denen diese Art lebt.
Verbreitung
Ostchinesisches Meer vor den östlichen Ryukyu-Inseln und im Okinawa-Trog in Tiefen von 991–1533 m.
