Etymologie
Von hemi (= halb); rhamphus (= Schnabel), bezieht sich auf den Unterkiefer, der zu einem schlanken Schnabel verlängert ist, d. h. einen halben Schnabel besitzt. (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
