Typusfundort: En'ggeng B'io Abfluss in den Bahau River, Bahau River Sub-Einzugsgebiet, Kayan River Einzug, Kalimantan Timur, Borneo, 2°52'35"N, 115°49'11"E (Karte).
Etymologie
Decussatus (= kreuzweise in Form eines X geteilt), bezogen auf die dunkle vertikale Markierung am Ansatz der Schwanzflosse, die wie ein unregelmäßiges Kreuz geformt ist. (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
