Typusfundort: Insel Curieuse, Seychellen, westlicher Indischer Ozean.
Etymologie
Zebrina (= wie ein Zebra), bezogen auf dunkle schräge Balken auf der Schwanzflosse.
Verbreitung
Indischer Ozean: Seychellen, Saint Brandon's Shoals, Mauritius (Mascarenen) und Malediven.
IUCN Status
Status: Stand 11.09.2021:LC Least Concern (nicht gefährdet)
