Etymologie

Verbreitung

Indopazifik: Vom Roten Meer bis zu den Hawaii-Inseln und Rapa, nördlich bis zu den Ryukyu-Inseln, südlich zum nördlichen Großen Barriereriff. Auch bekannt vom äußeren Schelf vor Miyakojima, Ostchinesisches Meer.
