Etymologie
Benannt nach der Typuslokalität, Solor, eine kleine Insel vor dem südöstlichen Ende von Flores Island (8°45'S, 123°30'E), Indonesien.
Verbreitung
Indo-Westpazifik: Indonesien, Brunei östlich bis Palau, Philippinen, Taiwan und Papua-Neuguinea, nördlich bis Südjapan.
