Etymologie
Benannt zu Ehren von Kiril Kardashev (Dupnitsa, Bulgarien), vom Autor als „Freund, Aquarianer, Sammler“, bezeichnet, der mit Iva Ivanova die Typusexemplare sammelte. (Übersetzt aus: The ETYFish Project)
