Chirocentrus russellii Swainson, 1838

Lokale Bezeichnung

Whitefin Wolf-herring

Chirocentrus nudus -- (C) Randall, J.E. (1997) in: Randall's tank photos. Collection of 10,000 large-format photos (slides) of dead fishes. Unpublished. (via FishBase)

Keine Typusexemplare bekannt.

Typusfundort: Keiner; [Visakhapatnam, Indien, östlicher Indischer Ozean].

Etymologie

Verbreitung

Wahrscheinlich selbe Verbreitung wie Chirocentrus dorab, sicher Ost-Afrika: Mombasa, Arabischer Golf, Indien (O/W), Sri Lanka, Indo-Australischer Archipel, China: Canton.

IUCN Status

IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources) = Weltnaturschutzunion Rote Liste bedrohter Arten

Die Gefährdungsstufen gemäß IUCN

EX Extinct (ausgestorben)

EW Extinct in the Wild (in der Natur ausgestorben)

CR Critically Endangered (vom Aussterben bedroht)

EN Endangered (stark gefährdet)

VU Vulnerable (gefährdet)

NT Near Threatened (potenziell gefährdet)

LC Least Concern (nicht gefährdet)

RE Regionally Extinct (regional oder national ausgestorben)
DD Data Deficient (ungenügende Datengrundlage)
NE Not Evaluated (nicht beurteilt)
Status: Stand 11.03.2019:
