Etymologie
Benannt nach Wafic Jabado, dem Vater der Autorin Rima W. Jabado, in Anerkennung seiner Unterstützung für ihre Arbeit und anlässlich seines 73. Geburtstags.
Verbreitung
Nordwestlicher Indischer Ozean von Kuwait im Arabischen Golf bis Pakistan im Arabischen Meer und südlich bis Sri Lanka; Oman westwärts bis zum südlichen Roten Meer vor Saudi-Arabien.
